May 2021 marked the beginning of a 12-month project by 3D Engineering Survey Limited for Mott MacDonald at RAF Lakenheath. The project involves a comprehensive LiDAR and buried utilities survey of the entire RAF Lakenheath Airbase, producing both above and below ground BIM models using REVIT and Autodesk. This project is crucial for detailed planning and management of the airbase's infrastructure.
