Samuel is a Chartered land surveyor with a BSc (Hons) and an MSC in Land Surveying awarded by Camborne School of Mines (Exeter University). Samuel has worked worldwide on conventional, aerial laser, aerial photography, and terrestrial laser scanning projects. Samuel holds a Health & Safety in the workplace (from a chartered institute of environmental health). Over 25 years has worked on LiDAR projects across many industries in the UK, Ireland, Italy, Greenland, Cameroon, Nigeria, Oman, UAE, Belgium, Norway, UAE and the USA. As a chartered surveyor, Samuel has computed country-wide geodetic networks for government bodies and global oil companies. 

Founding Director

Andrew holds a BEng (Hons) in Resource Engineering and an MSC in Surveying awarded by Camborne School of Mines (Exeter University). Andrew has worked globally on projects for governmental bodies, oil and gas, and petrochemical companies focusing primarily on plant relocation projects, 3d digitalization, and dimensional control projects.

Rail Engineering Manager

William is an accredited track engineer (PWI Diploma) and has been working within the field of multi discipline geomatics for the last 20 years. The last decade dedicated to the Rail/civils sector. He has worked on many infrastructure projects from minor works through to complex projects, structures earthworks, drainage & track renewals. He is a member of the PWI and has Distinction Track Engineering diploma for Track maintenance, Design and Asset management of NR infrastructure. He’s worked within Pway Track maintenance teams as Track Geometry Supervisor, Track Handback and CRE on minor works. Currently, William manages our rail teams, working permanently on monitoring and upgrading UK rail projects.

Plant Relocation Technical Director

Marco Lopez is a qualified Mechanical Engineer specializing in the relocation of complex chemical plants and refineries. His pioneering match marking software combined with 24 years of BIM experience, means that Exon Tech is well placed as well leading global consultant in asset relocation. He has developed software and systems over the last 30 years to enable seamless match marking and transfer of millions of individual assets linked to databases and intelligent 3D models.

Piping Design & Plant Digitalization Manager

Aldwin John Tan is a CAD and digital engineering manager with over nine years of experience specializing in AVEVA E3D/PDMS–based intelligent 3D modeling for complex industrial facilities. He leads multidisciplinary teams delivering accurate, high-quality 3D models derived from laser scan data and verified documentation.

He oversees end-to-end scan-to-model workflows, including model development, quality control, intelligent asset structuring, and coordination with engineering and client stakeholders. Aldwin plays a key role in establishing modeling standards, managing project execution, and ensuring deliverables meet technical, coordination, and lifecycle requirements.

Registration Manager

Jerec is a Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering graduate from La Salle University - Ozamiz City, a prestigious university in the Philippines, as of March 2008. He’s been a Land Surveyor for fifteen (15) years. Executed various surveying methodologies such as topographical, structural, scanning, and aerial (UAV) surveys in countries like the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Jerec has all the credentials and knowledge from site work to office work, from executing the survey to processing the raw data. He has been with the company since August 2013, managing the scan registration for unified/registered point cloud to be used by the modeling, piping, and designing team, and publishing either TrueView, Jetstream, or Bubble View for client’s viewing purposes.

Revit Manager

Justin graduated with a degree in Drafting Cad Technology from the University of Batangas in Batangas City, in 2017. Justin has over four years of experience in Revit and Auto CAD and is proficient in creating and modifying detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Justin's contributions elevate every project to new heights of achievement and excellence.

Plant Documentation Manager

Junie has seventeen years of diversified experience in the petrochemical and oil & gas industries as a piping designer, with strong knowledge of AVEVA 3D modeling software, PDMS, and E3D. He has been involved in various projects, ranging from conceptual design, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), and detailed design, to construction, for both greenfield and brownfield rejuvenation projects. He also has one year of offshore construction experience as an on-site piping designer, providing immediate solutions for any piping design queries, field design changes, and resolving site technical queries. Junie is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

Human Resources & Administration Manager

Kristine has over a decade of experience in customer service, spanning various industries and roles. She has contributed to numerous projects with a strong focus on team performance, client relations, and operational efficiency. Her expertise includes enhancing guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations across different sectors. Kristine is a dedicated professional committed to delivering excellence and supporting organizational success.

E3D Administrator

Rommel specializes in PDMS Administration, with extensive experience managing and supporting projects to ensure smooth execution, timely completion, and high-quality deliverables. Over the past 13 years, he has built a solid career in both onshore and offshore facilities, combining technical expertise with leadership and mentoring capabilities.

In addition to administration, he is proficient in 3D modeling using AVEVA PDMS / E3D, Inovx Plantlinx, and SP3D, as well as generating and checking 2D drawings such as GA, P&IDs, and Isometrics. His ability to guide teams, maintain system efficiency, and uphold strict project standards has consistently contributed to successful project outcomes.
