3DES is collaborating with Zueitina Oil Company, through Taknia Libya Engineering Company (TLEC), to support the intelligent 3D digitalisation of oil, gas, and petrochemical facilities in Libya.

3D Engineering Surveys (3DES) is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Zueitina Oil Company, delivered through our partners, Taknia Libya Engineering Company (TLEC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC).

Through this collaboration, 3DES will support the intelligent 3D digitalisation of existing brownfield upstream and downstream oil, gas and petrochemical facilities.

Our work will combine high-precision 3D laser scanning with advanced intelligent engineering platforms to capture accurate, reliable data on existing assets.

Our integrated solutions will enable:

  • Accurate as-built intelligent 3D models of existing facilities

  • Regeneration of updated as-is 2D engineering documentation

  • Reverse engineering to support plant revamps, upgrades and expansions

  • Improved long-term asset management

We look forward to contributing our international expertise to Libya’s ambitious oil, gas and petrochemical modernisation and expansion programmes.
