Project Scope & Capabilities – Bangladesh Refinery Equipment Integration.
3D Engineering Surveys is currently finalizing a project for our client in Bangladesh, who has procured refinery equipment from China. We have been engaged to deliver comprehensive 3D engineering, design, and documentation services, with the following scope of work:
Scope of Work
1. As-Built ‘Intelligent’ 3D Model
o Complete modelling of equipment, equipment structures, pipe racks, cable trays, piping, supports, and related infrastructure.
o Deliverables provided in AVEVA E3D and Navisworks formats for seamless integration with client workflows.
2. Engineering Design
o Pipe Routing
o Structural Design
o Piping Support Design
3. 2D Drawing Generation
o ‘Intelligent’ Isometric Drawings
o Structural General Arrangement Drawings
o Pipe Support 2D Drawings
4. Stress Analysis
o Detailed piping and structural stress analysis reports, ensuring compliance with international codes and client specifications.
5. Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Preparation
o Comprehensive BOQs for pipes, fittings, valves, equipment structures, pipe rack structures, piping supports, cable tray supports, gaskets, bolts/nuts, and other related components.
Project Timeline: Complete delivery within 12 weeks from receipt of client documents.
